What is the difference between a standard shoot and a luxury shoot?
The listing price of your home is a good starting point in choosing between packages. Generally speaking, if the house is price 1M+, steer towards a luxury shoot unless lacks interesting architectural features and design finishes.

There are several notable difference between the packages:

Standard shoots focus on efficiency and shots are geared at showing rooms fully, as well as the layout of the home through wide angle views. I shoot with all lights on. The focus of the shoot is non conveying information- the appearance and layout of the rooms, etc.

Boutique shoots do the above but also create emotional appeal through selective use of natural light, color, and framing. Shots are much more varied and "curated", as opposed to the blanket approach in standard listings. Composition and light take center stage and viewers are directed to focus on interesting aspects of the home like unique architecture and high end finishes. The shots are more editorial in style . A boutique shoot commands much more time, both onsite and in post-processing.

What does the Agreement cover?
The agreement defines the terms of our services, delivery timeframe, licensing, payment and fees, rescheduling and cancellation, and more.
Do I have to sign an agreement with each property shoot?
No, agreements are signed when you become a new client and are good unless the terms listed above change.
When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of booking. Payment at booking is required to reserve time on the photographers schedule
What if I need to change my order items onsite?
Sometimes you will need more or fewer services. If this is determined to be the case onsite, we will invoice you for the additional services or refund you the difference using your original form of payment. Additional services must be paid for in order to receive deliverables.
When time of day should I schedule the shoot?

Choose the time of day in which your home has the most natural light, throughout the home.

***TWILIGHTS: If you are adding twilights onto a standard photo package, schedule your other items before the twilight.
In general, all twilight sessions should be scheduled to start approximately 45 minutes before sunset to allow the photographer time to plan their shots, get lights on if the home ie vacant, etc. Sunset times vary by season, so please check your weather forecast.
How far in advance of listing day should I book the shoot?

This depends on your package. Turnaround times are described for packages when you book. They range from 1-2 days for standard photo-based shoots to a week for luxury shoots of large homes that include many photos as well as video.
What if I need my deliverables sooner?​
​
Rush delivery is offered on standard photo packages for $95. There is no rush option on luxury packages.
What is the minimum notice to make changes to my appointment time?
​
Rescheduling and cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of the session time. If you have a session on a Monday or immediately after a holiday, your request must be made at least 24 hours ahead on the prior business day. For example, if you have a 2pm shoot on a Monday, you must request the change by 2pm the prior Friday. Changes with insufficient notice will be charged $95 for reserving photographers time and preventing them from taking other sessions.
How should I prepare my property?

What if the property is not ready?
If the photographer shows up and the property has excess debris, or is unsafe (hazardous conditions, aggressive pet) we will postpone your shoot. You will be charged a $95 fee for late rescheduling.
When can I expect my images /media?
Standard photo packages have a turnaround time of 24-48 hours.

Standard packages including video have a turnaround time of 3-4 days.
​
Luxury packages have much more time intensive processing and have a turnaround of 4-7 days.
How will I receive notice my media is finished?
You will receive notice by email that your media is ready and will be directed to a site for viewing and downloading.
What format will my media be in?
You will receive full sized photos (good for printing) and MLS ready images.
